Timelines
Nothing is pre-made, so the clock starts when your order is confirmed. Production takes 5–8 working days for most pieces, then transit on top.

How it travels
Shipments go by Sequel or BVC — the two logistics companies that specialise in precious cargo in India — not by ordinary courier. Every parcel is tamper-evident, insured for its full value, and requires an OTP and a signature on delivery.
You will get a tracking link by SMS and email at dispatch, and a call from the delivery agent on the day.
Before you open it
Record a video as you open the package, without cutting the recording. If a parcel arrives with a damaged seal, refuse it and call us the same day. Claims without an unbroken unboxing video are much harder for the insurer to accept, and this is the single thing that most often decides a disputed claim.
International
We ship to Singapore, the UAE, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia via FedEx and DHL, in 7–12 working days. Import duty and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price shown. Free shipping does not apply outside India.
Cash on delivery
Available on orders under ₹50,000 to serviceable pincodes. The pincode checker on each product page will tell you before you commit.
